New Summer Hours of Operation |

Jane's Saddlebag at Big Bone Lick has been open since the first week of April. We have been ecstatic about seeing all of our old friends and making new friends every day we are open.
In June, we implemented summer hours. We will now be open from Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. (See Hours of Operation.) Pete and I realized that so many of you want to visit more often... The visitors from Big Bone Lick State Park
want to come by during the week. Now we can offer easier access to the tourist destination in Boone County with plenty for a family to do on a warm, summer day.

 Since I have joined Weight Watchers, Jane's Saddlebag is offering items on
the menu that Weight Watchers and dieters alike will thoroughly enjoy while sticking to the plan. Of course I have lots of home cooked items on the menu for everyone and we even have a new dessert called Evolution Ice Chips. Come on by and check it out! Many visitors have been asking for our recipes so I will be putting together a Jane's Saddlebag Cookbook. Nothing fancy, but a must-have it seems for the newbies and regulars alike.
